Goodbot ASsessment Case Study

The Task

The goal was to demonstrate the potential of GoodBot, an AI assistant developed by GoodJob. Our primary objective was to show how this tool could assist recruiters and HR professionals in efficiently identifying the best candidates from a talent pool and providing data-driven insights, such as detailed statistics on path assessment scores.

First Approach

This early version of GoodBot, was designed to simplify recruiting data analysis. Its chat bubble interface allowed users to quickly analyze and customize recruiting reports based on specific criteria, such as application time or PATH assessment scores. The system also aimed to make it easy to share these reports directly via email. The hope was that it would be an efficient tool for generating and distributing valuable data insights.

Final Version

The final GoodBot prototype moved past the chat bubble, integrating seamlessly into the Goodjob app’s right-hand menu for more complex data displays like embedded tables. It also showcased the regenerate response feature and the AI’s ability to ask follow-up questions for more precise insights.
